This publication was launched to reinterpret the “imprints” of Korean folk tales in ways that resonate with the present generation. A student club was formed to create original narratives and illustrations, introducing the concept of Book Art—books viewed as both artistic and historical imprints that bridge past, present, and future. Traditional stories were reimagined by integrating modern themes with handmade Book Art backgrounds, expanding their relevance while preserving their roots. The project is now moving toward wider impact through collaboration with Korea’s second-largest publishing company to produce a Book Art series.
